Price 

The package rate is $2,400* USD per person  for 8 Day  and $3,700* USD per person  for 15 Day, based on double occupancy.

All accommodations at the retreat center are double or triple occupancy. If you are traveling solo and would like to share a room please let us know and we will match you with another friendly traveler.

***Single rooms are subject to availability. The single supplement for all nights of the trip is US$200 for 8 Day Retreat and US$400 for 15 Day Retreat

Peru is currently a very popular travel destination and we advise booking early for international and domestic flights. Book your international flight to Lima (the capital) and a domestic flight from Lima to Cusco. Please contact us for more details on travel to Peru. A valid passport is required for all foreign visitors to Peru. An entry visa is not required for American or Canadian nationals. Please inquire with the nearest Peruvian consulate for entry requirements for other nationalities.

Group size

The retreat is limited to 20 persons to maintain general comfort for traveling together and to allow us to focus on personalized attention. A minimum of 11 persons is necessary to run the retreat.

Reservations & Payment

We encourage booking early for this retreat! It is important to reserve the train tickets to the town of Aguas Calientes by Machu Picchu early on. To check on retreat availability please send us message from our reservation request page. To confirm your reservation a non-refundable US $400 deposit and your reservation form are due. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive additional detailed tour information to help you prepare for your travels to Peru.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your reservation 46 days or more prior to the first date of the retreat you will receive a refund for payment made less the US$400 deposit. Should you need to cancel less than 46 days prior to the first date of the retreat for whatever reason we will not be able to provide a refund for any payment made. No refund will be made for arriving late or departing a retreat early. In the unlikely event Inca Yoga Retreat needs to cancel a retreat, a full refund for payment made will be given. Inca Yoga Retreat will not be held liable for any expenses incurred by the participant for a retreat cancelled either by the participant or by Inca Yoga Retreat. A cancellation must be received in writing sent via email.

We recommend the purchase of travel insurance for coverage of unexpected change in or cancelation of travel plans even before you depart, for delayed/lost luggage and for missed/cancelled flights.

Payment

Payment can be made with a credit card on our payment page via the secure site of PayPal™ (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), personal check (from a US bank) or money order. For payment with personal check or money order please contact us for the mailing address. Full payment is due no less than 46 days prior to the first date of the retreat.
